Mrs. Murako Amy Hatanaka, 92, resident of Mission Hills, passed away peacefully on Feb. 19, 2018.
She is survived by her loving family: son, Jack Hatanaka; daughters, Carol (Daniel) Iwasaki, Cathy Umeko Fujimoto and Aileene (Kenneth) Yamabe; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brother, Tadao (Hideko) Ishibashi; and many relatives.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 1, at 10:00 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles, with Rev. Kodo Tanaka of Jodoshu North America Buddhist Missions officiating.
