Private family service for Jiro Nakata, 96-year-old, Oahu-born Nisei who passed away peacefully on Feb. 16, 2018 at his residence in Fountain Valley, was held on March 10, with Rev. Richard Kuyama of Centenary United Methodist Church officiating.
He is survived by his sisters, Sadaye and Grace Nakata; sister-in-law, Elsie Nakata; also survived by many nieces, nephew and other relatives.
