A funeral service for Noriko Hamada, 70-year-old, Nagasaki, Japan-born Issei who passed away on May 29, 2018 in Gardena, will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Green Hills Memorial Park, 27501 S. Western Ave., R.P.V., with Rev. Tomio Otsuka from Seicho No Ie officiating.
She is survived by her children, Jim Hamada and Kathy (Bob) Okajima; grandsons, Shota, Ryan and Timmy Okajima; sisters, Junko Yamasaki and Nobuko Oe of Japan; brother-in-law, George (Kathy) and Masao (Satomi) Hamada; sister-in-law, Judy Kawahara; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in the U.S. and Japan.
