Funeral service for Ikuko (Iku) Hozaki will be held on Aug. 18, 2018, 11 a.m. at Evergreen Baptist Church of San Gabriel Valley, 323 Workman Mill Rd., La Puente, CA, with Pastor Cory Ishida officiating. Please wear casual attire.

Ikuko (Iku) Hozaki, resident of Altadena, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2018 at the age of 83. She is survived by her loving family: daughters, Cyndy Hozaki (Ron Okuda) and Teri Hozaki (Kaz Tanaka), son, Dale Hozaki (Ceci Nakama); grandchildren, Terence Tanaka and Kimi Hozaki; sister, Alice Higuchi; brother, Tabo (Geri) Sakuma; and many precious nieces, nephews and other relatives.
