Private family services for the late Mitsuo Heyada, 93-year-old, Hawaii-born, resident of East Los Angeles, who passed away on Oct. 11, 2018, were held on Saturday, Oct. 27, at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden” in Los Angeles.
Predeceased by his wife, Grace T. Heyada; he is survived by his daughters, Jill (Dean) Katayama, Ann (Weldon) Nomura, and Jan (Daniel) Yoshimizu; grandchildren, Valerie (Taka) Suzuki, Kyle Nomura, Kacey (Scott) Sakurai, Dana and Tracy Yoshimizu; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
