Private funeral services for the late Mr. Sadao Watanabe, 84-year-old, Nisei veteran and resident of Torrance who passed away peacefully on Oct. 26, 2018, were held on Nov. 13 at Zenshuji Soto Mission.
He is survived by his loving family: wife, Terumi Watanabe; son, Ronald (Nadia) Watanabe of New Hampshire; daughter, Connie (Aki) Yamashiro; grandchildren, Hana, Sara and Aidan Watanabe all of New Hampshire; brother, Shigeo (Grace) Watanabe; also nieces, nephews and other relatives.
