Yoshiko (Saki) Taketa, born in Santa Maria, Calif. and long-time resident of Los Angeles, Calif., passed away on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018 at the age of 96. Funeral services will be held at Dudley Hoffman Mortuary in Santa Maria on Monday, Dec. 10, at 11:00 a.m.
She is survived by sister, Mary Koga, and nieces and nephews and other relatives. She is predeceased by Kazuto Taketa, her husband of 64 years.
Burial will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Los Angeles on Tuesday, December 11, at 11:00 a.m.
