Ruth Sachiko Ishii passed away on Feb. 23, 2019 at the age of 98. She is survived by her husband, Jim Ishii; daughters, Marilynn (Jerry) Nakagawa, Jane Ishii, Maureen Ishii; grandchildren, Kirk (Linda) Nakagawa, Andrew (Manilyn) Itaya, Brianne Itaya; and great-grandchildren, Braydon and Jayda Nakagawa.
Survived by brothers, Hideo Ishimine, Thomas Ishimine; and sisters, Mary Oda, Lillie (Joe) Amamoto, Grace (Bob) Morinishi, Donna Sill. Predeceased by sisters, Nobuko Matsuda and Haruko Ishibashi. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 2775 Lincoln Ave., Altadena, CA 91001.
