Shigeo “Uncle Shig” Yoshida passed away peacefully in Torrance, Calif. on May 15, 2019 at the age of 91.
A native of Los Angeles, Shigeo Yoshida had resided in Torrance for many years. Beloved uncle to Debra Hamano (Irene Graff), Lynn Rita, Norman Hamano (Cheryl), Steven Yoshida (Nancy), Blanche (Sonny) Brown, and Craig Yoshida. Predeceased by beloved wife Nancy, brother Kei Yoshida, and sister Midori Yoshida.
A private ceremony will be held to honor his memory.
