Toshio Kojima - Rafu Shimpo

A private graveside funeral service for Toshio Kojima, 90-year-old, veteran of Korean Conflict, Santa Monica, Calif.-born Nisei, who passed away on June 18, 2019 in Newport Beach, Calif., was held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Good Shepherd Cemetery, with Rev. Dr. Mutsumi Wondra from Orange County Buddhist Church officiating.

He is survived by his wife, Seiko Kojima; daughters, Peggy Chiaki (Scott) Correia and Lisa Hitomi (Will) Gordon; granddaughters, Chelsea Megumi (John) Sliney and Shelby Miki Finder; brother, Kyoichi (Yoko) Kojima; sister-in-law, Asako (Kanetoshi) Inoue of Japan; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives in the U.S. and Japan.
