Mitsuko Hirose Sakai, 96-year-old, Los Angeles-born resident of Monterey Park, passed away on
Dec. 11, 2019.
She is survived by her son, Wayne Sakai; daughter, Elaine (Steve Pein) Sakai; 5 grandchildren;
4 great-grandchildren; brother, Yuji Hirose; niece, Darlene (Bruce) Ujihara.
Funeral service was held on Saturday, Dec. 28, at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden.”
