Funeral service for Turlock-born Nisei, Sam Nakatani, 92-year-old resident of Monterey Park, who passed away on Dec. 30, 2019, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Rose Hills Memorial Park-Memorial Chapel, 3888 Workman Mill Rd., Whittier.
He is survived by his wife Susie; son Alan (Cathy Jackson); daughter Karen (Ricky Matsui); and grandsons Owen and Marshall Nakatani. He is also survived by brother Rik (Tomi) Nakatani; sister Mary Kitabayashi; and sister-in-law Judy Nakatani.
