Mary Naruko Nakajima - Rafu Shimpo

A private funeral service for the late Mary Naruko Nakajima, 100-year-old, California-born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on January 28, 2020, was held on Wednesday, February 19 at Centenary United Methodist Church in Los Angeles.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Ichiro Nakajima; she is survived by her daughters, Frances Kiku Shibuya, Karen (Michael) Dote, Kay (Richard) Yang, and Janice Yuki (Jun) Date; grandchildren, Kioko (Douglas) Cox, Jon (Lauren) Shibuya, Gary (Tiffany) Dote, Lisa (Jason) McMahon, Lauren (Trey) Willison, Kyle (Emily) Yang, Christopher (Peggy) Date and Caitlin (Thomas Jr.) Tam; 10 great-grandchildren; she is also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
