Tsuyako Hirose was born Aug. 3, 1926 in Taft, Calif. and passed away in her home in Crenshaw, Calif., with her entire family there with her on Jan. 28, 2020.
She was married to and predeceased by her husband, Sunao Jeffrey Hirose; oldest son, Jeffrey Sunao Hirose, and youngest daughter, Jennifer Umeko Hirose.
She is survived by her brother, Thom Nakahara; daughters, Susan Asamura and Aimee Yokota; grandchildren, Lance Asamura, Dawn Asamura-Hall, Kevin, Christopher and Kimiko Yokota; and great-grandchildren, Devin and Keani Asamura-Hall and Lance Sunao Asamura.
She was the epitome of quiet strength. Her love and devotion was the glue that held the entire family together. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten. We love you Bachan.
Private funeral services were held at Kubota Mortuary on Feb. 21, 2020.
