Shizue Toguchi - Rafu Shimpo

A private graveside funeral service for Shizue Toguchi, 105-year-old, Hawaii-born Nisei who passed away
on June 7, 2020, in Long Beach, was held on Friday, July 24, 2020, at Green Hills Memorial Park, with
Rev. Richard Furukawa from Johrei Fellowship Los Angeles Center officiating.

She is survived by her children, Clayton (Cynthia) Toguchi and Gail (Ronald) Kawashima: granddaughters, Kelly Kawashima and Kathy (Daniel) Lara; great-grandson, Zachary Lara; nephew, Ronald Kiyohiro; and niece, Winifred (William) McGill; also survived by relatives in Japan, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, and New Hampshire.
