Frances Haruye Ishii
Frances Haruye Ishii, 86, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2020, due to complications from pneumonia. A widow, she was preceded in death by her husband Shigeru, a year from last August. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She leaves behind her daughter, Wendy Hirano; her sons, Steven and Brian Ishii; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her life will be celebrated in a private funeral service. She will be missed greatly by her family and church.
