Jack Chiaki Fukuda, 93-year-old, Washington-born, resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully at Senior Manor Care Home on November 1, 2020. Jack is predeceased by his beloved wife Yoshiko Fukuda; he is survived by his loving family: daughter, Shelley Chiharu (Fabio) Echeverri; grandchildren, Evan Masao Fukuda-Echeverri and Nicole Sayuri Echeverri; sister, Aiko Harada; also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.

Funeral service was held privately at Fukui Mortuary, officiated by Rev. Mark M. Nakagawa, West District Superintendent, California-Pacific Conference of the United Methodist Church.
