Mitsue Nishio, age 103, resident of Culver City, passed away peacefully on Dec. 22, 2020.
She is survived by her son, Alan (Yvonne); grandchildren, Angela Nishio (Jonathan) Ty and Mia Nishio (Gregory) Lockwood; and great-grandchildren, Evan, Ty, Kira and Emi Lockwood and Alexa and Sara Ty. She is predeceased by her husband Kiyoshi Nishio and daughter Jane Michiko Nishio. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A devout Christian, Mitsue was active in the West Los Angeles United Methodist Church and the Venice-Santa Monica Free Methodist Church. A private service for immediate family will be held at a later date.
