Douglas Masato Kanegawa, 60-year-old, Los Angeles-born, resident of Gardena, peacefully passed away at Gardena Memorial Hospital on June 30, 2022.
He is survived by his loving family: mother, Betty Akiko Kanegawa; sisters, Kathy (Rick) Ozaki, Patricia Kanegawa, Nancy Tsuno; nieces, Deena, Robyn, Kelly Ozaki and Minami Gessel.
I’m so sorry for your loss of a beloved son & brother. I was a classmate of Douglas at GHS-class of 80. We had art classes together. He was such a talented artist. Gone too soon. Rest in peace Douglas.
