Tsujita’s Charsiu Ramen and Charsiu Ajitama Tsukemen.

Tsujita, the renowned ramen chain hailed for its artisanal approach to Japanese cuisine, is set to captivate the palates of Los Angeles’ Arts District. Scheduled for a grand opening on February 8, 2024, ramen enthusiasts and culinary adventurers alike are invited to celebrate the launch.

Doors open at 11 am, and the first 100 guests will have the exclusive opportunity to indulge in Tsujita’s iconic Chashu Ramen for an unbeatable price of $2.80 to celebrate their grand opening.

But the highlight of the day promises to be the unveiling of the “Crazy Rich Ramen.”

Tsujita’s Salmon Ikura Bowl packs a lot of flavor into a single bowl.

In a video on Tsujita’s Facebook page, Masaru Tada, the esteemed corporate chef of Tsujita in the U.S., showcases the premium ingredients sourced from Japan. The Crazy Rich Ramen includes Miyazaki Wagyu beef, known for its rich marbling and unparalleled tenderness; fresh uni, adding a touch of the sea; aromatic black truffles flown in directly from Italy; and a finishing touch of gold leaf from Japan, adding an element of luxury. This exclusive dish which would normally retail for $120 will be available at a special discounted price of only $28 while supplies last.
