Bessie Shizuko Takeuchi, 92-year-old, resident of Torrance, peacefully passed away at her residence on March 31. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Peter T. Takeuchi; she is survived by her loving family: son, James T. Takeuchi; daughters, Karen K. Gorny, Sharon S. Casareto; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Funeral and burial services were held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, and at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Msgr. Sal Pilato officiating.
