A funeral service for Midori Nakatani, 93-year-old, Pacoima, Calif.-born Nisei who passed away on October 18, 2024, in San Clemente, Calif., will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, 10 a.m. at Zenshuji Soto Mission, 123 S. Hewitt St., Los Angeles.
She is survived by her daughters, Hitomi (Darrell Smith) and Misao Nakatani; grandchildren, Mina and Koji Nakatani; siblings, Kimi (Kay) Obana and Takeshi (Judy) Matsumoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
