Fumiko Maeda, 84-year-old, Kagoshima, Japan-born, resident of Seal Beach, California, peacefully passed away at Rowntree Gardens on December 1, 2024.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Kenjiro Maeda. She is survived by her loving family: daughter, June Kaori (Jim) Uyekawa; son, Raymond Ryusaku (Sharon) Maeda; grandchildren, Conor and Weston Uyekawa, Marissa Maeda; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family here and Japan.
Funeral & interment service was held at Fukui chapel, and OCBC, with Reverend Rev. Dr. Mutsumi Wondra officiating. *The 10th of the publication date to be my mother’s birthday.
