A funeral service for Koko Doami, 82-year-old, Kyoto, Japan-born, Issei who passed away peacefully on April 25, 2025 in La Palma, Calif., will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Ave., Anaheim.
She is predeceased by her husband, Rev. John Doami; and survived by her sons, David (Kimberly) and Daryl (Lily) Doami; grandchildren, Allison, Emily, Aaron and Avery Doami; sisters, Yasuyo Nakano and Hisako Matsuda; sister-in-law, Nobuko Hosotani; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
