The Parkinson’s Support Group will be having their next meeting on Saturday, May 24, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Union Church of Los Angeles, 401 E. Third St. in Little Tokyo.
The guest speaker is Dr. Nicholas Szumski, a board-certified general neurologist and movement disorder specialist at Cedars Sinai Medical Center. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University, where he graduated cum laude. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa and did his residency training in neurology at UCLA. He has been an honored guest many times in the past.
The presentation will be followed by Q&A.
