A private funeral service for Patsy Sachiko Bungo, 88-year-old, Fresno, Calif.-born Nisei who passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, was held on August 9, 2025, at West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Glenn Bungo; sons, Keith (Elaine) and Jerry (Linda Mueller) Bungo; daughters, Carole (Victor) Yokoi and Sharlene (Mark) Shinmoto; grandchildren, Justin and Alyssa Yokoi, Samantha (Craig) Jones, Brittany and Danielle Shinmoto; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
