A celebration of life service for the late Mitsuko Alice Higuchi, 96-year-old, California-born, resident of Rosemead, who passed away on September 16, 2025, will be held on Friday, October 10, 11 a.m. at First Church of the Nazarene “Lee Chapel,” 3700 E. Sierra Madre Blvd. in Pasadena.
Predeceased by her husband, Yoshiaki and her son, Brian.
She is survived by her children, Judy K. (Brady) Saito, Alan H. (Tammy) Higuchi, Patty R. (Gary Yamanaka) Higuchi, Joyce N. (Carl) Wynkoop; grandchildren, Desarie Landaverde, Brandon (Jackie) Burney, Trisha (Garret) Hunley, Sean (Hillary Chambers) Higuchi, Nicole and Daniel Higuchi; great-grandchildren, Conner Burney, Alyssa Landaverde, Vanessa and Savannah Gutierrez, Xander Hunley and Koa Higuchi; brother, Tadashi (Geri) Sakuma; nephew, Christopher Sakuma; nieces, Dahni Tsuboi and Akemi Arakaki; she is also survived by other relatives.
