The California Highway Patrol, on behalf of the LAPD, has issued an at-risk/missing person bulletin for Shogo Wakamatsu, 78.
Last seen on Oct. 15 at approximately 11:30 p.m. at Willard Street and Potter Avenue in North Hollywood, Wakamatsu is 4’7”, 90 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.
He was wearing a purple sweater, blue jeans, black socks and no shoes. He is believed to be on foot.
