A private memorial service for the late Takako Sawada, 91-year-old, Kyoto, Japan-born, resident of La Habra Heights, who passed away on February 24, 2026, was held on Thursday, March 19, at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden” in Los Angeles.
Predeceased by her husband, Minoru Sawada; she is survived by her children, Keiko (Gary) Inatomi and Brian (Jolene) Sawada; grandchildren, Derek and Leanne Sawada; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
