The East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center (ESGVJCC) will partner once again with Plaza West Covina and the City of West Covina to present the 2026 Cherry Blossom Festival on Saturday, April 25, from 1 to 6 p.m. at Plaza West Covina (between Lazy Dog and Red Robin), 112 Plaza Dr., West Covina.
This vibrant outdoor celebration of Japanese and Japanese American culture is one of the most anticipated local community events of the year. Featuring cultural performances (including taiko, dance and martial arts), traditional and modern cuisine, a Japanese beer garden, local artists and vendors, community resources, and photo ops with adorable characters, the festival creates a joyful space for cultural appreciation and connection.
