Kazuo Masuda VFW Post 3670 will hold its annual Memorial Day service on Monday, May 25, at 3 p.m. at Westminster Cemetery, 14801 Beach Blvd., Westminster. The cemetery is the final resting place of Kazuo Masuda, a staff sergeant in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, who was killed in action in Italy in 1944 and was posthumously awarded the Distinguished Service Cross.
