Private family services for the late Kazuko Kanegawa (94), who passed away on July 13, 2026, and Robert Yukio Kanegawa (89), who passed away on May 2, 2020, were held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden” in Los Angeles.
Kazuko and Robert are survived by their sons, Dale (partner Susie) and Brian (Susan) Kanegawa; grandsons, Alex and Cole Kanegawa. They also leave behind sister-in-law, Reiko Shimahara; and her children, Stephen, Amy, and Jeanne and their families.
