Blood pressure check at the health fair held last year at Maryknoll by the Japanese American Medical Association and Koreisha Senior Care & Advocacy.
The Japanese American Medical Association and Seinan Koreisha Senior Care will hold their fourth annual Community Health Fair on Sunday, Nov. 1, from 12 to 3 p.m. at Maryknoll Japanese Catholic Center, 222 S. Hewitt St. (entrance on Third Street) in the Little Tokyo/Arts District neighborhood.
Free consultation by medical specialists in internal medicine, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, podiatry, family practice, cardiology, nephrology, ophthalmology, optometry, psychology and chiropractic.
Blood tests are available for $25 (chem/CBC/lipid profile) and $20 (PSA test). Do not eat for 12 hours prior to blood test (water is okay).
Flu shots are free with Medicare. Bring your Medicare card.
