Private funeral services for the late Mr. Satoru Nomura, 92-year-old, Los Angeles, Calif.-born, resident, who passed away on Nov. 27, were held on Monday, Dec. 7 at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” officiated by Rimban Hiroshi Abiko of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple.
He is survived by his nephew, Roy H. Sako; niece, Lillian E. Tsukahira; 7 great nieces and nephews; 9 great-great nieces and nephews; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives in Japan.
