A memorial service for Betty Setsuko Yano, 84 year-old Ogden, Utah-born Nisei who passed away in Las Vegas, NV on Nov. 8, will be held on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. at Saint Maryís Episcopal Church, 961 Mariposa Ave., Los Angeles. Family requests that flowers be omitted and casual attire.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Yano; sister, Rose Masuoka; brother, James (Miyo) Fujimori; sister-in-laws, Chie Fujimori and Ruby Nakasako. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
