A graveside memorial service for the late Sakaye Kamiya, 85-year-old, Ridley, Calif.-born Nisei resident of Los Angeles who passed away on Dec. 30, 2009 will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2 p.m. at Ever-green Cemetery, 204 N. Evergreen Ave., Los Angeles, officiated by Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church. The fam¬ily respectfully requests that koden be omitted.
Ms. Kamiya is survived by her cousins, Sumiko Kozawa of Califor¬nia, Susan Kozawa of Washington State, Ruby and Lury Kaminaka, and Eunice Sakoi, all of California.
