Private family service for the late Toshiko Oda Ogita, Fresno, Calif.-born Nisei
resident of Cypress who passed away peacefully on Oct. 1, was held on Saturday, Oct.
23 at Fukui Mortuary Chapel with Rev. William Briones from Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist
Temple officiating.
She is survived by her loving sisters, Hiroko (Shigeto) Yorita, Yoshiko (Dr. Kazuo)
Arima, and Masako (Howard) Matsumoto; brother, Bob Oda; nephews, Dr. Mark (Lana) and
Dr. Glenn (Judy) Arima, David (Melinda) and Kevin (Julie) Yorita, and Bruce Oda;
nieces, Dr. Carol (Goodwin Takashima) Arima and Stephanie Oda; and many other
relatives.
