Trang Minh Vong of El Monte beams with pride for her children, Leslie Minh and big brother, Phang Minh, who just participated in a special citizenship ceremony held last Thursday by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. 315 people, including 122 children, received their citizenship certificates.
