Gathering for Dorothy Hatsumi Ban, 89-year-old resident of Los Angeles who passed away on June 20, 2012, will be held on Monday, July 9, from 11 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles.
She is survived by niece, Merilee Doden of Chicago, Ill.; nephews, Steven (Wendy) Ogata and Douglas Ban; grand-niece, Marjean Doden of Chicago, Ill.; other relatives.
