Public visitation for the late Bill Morio Nomoto, 84-year-old, Los Angeles born Kibei-Nisei, Korean War veteran who passed away on Aug. 18 at Keiro Nursing Home will be held on Saturday, Aug. 25, from 1 – 3 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary, “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 East Temple St., Los Angeles. Per his request, no funeral services will be held.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Linda Nomoto, Mandy (Bob) Terasawa and Shirley Nomoto; grandchildren, Allyson, Craig and Stacie Terasawa and Jennifer Heffernan; great-grandson, Taiden Ramirez; brothers, John Mitsuo (Ayako), Morika (Tatsuko) and Mitsunori (Yoshiko) the latter of Japan; sisters, Miyako Kuroda, May Ayako Nakawatase and Mitsuko (Tateo) Kuramura the latter of Japan; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
