Miyoko Fujii, a long-time Long Beach and Seal Beach Leisure World resident, passed away peacefully on Aug. 15, 2012 at the age of 87. Born in Wakayama-ken, Japan and married to Rev. Yoshikazu Roy Fujii, she is survived by her children, Danny, Takashi (Nancy), Rick (Imelda), Kathy (Michael) Donna, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Aug. 24 at 11 a.m. at Green Hills Memorial Park.
