Gene Kazuma Hirashima, a 62-year-old Hawaii-born resident of Torrance, passed away on August 13, 2012. A Celebration of Life ceremony was held for family and friends on September 8.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Toshiko and Kazuto Hirashima. He is survived by his son, Michael Kazuto Hirashima.
