Private service for the late Kazuko Kawasaki, 89-year-old, Oregon-born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on September 23, was held on Saturday, Oct. 20 at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden” in Los Angeles.
She is predeceased by her husband, Isami Kawasaki. Kazuko is survived by her children, Donna Toshiko (Sam) Hashizu and Ron Akio (Jocelyn) Kawasaki; grandchildren, Cheryl (Joe) Yang, Karen and Brent Hashizu, and Tyler Kawasaki; sister, Satsuko Ego; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
