Funeral service for Yoshinobu Hiraga, 77-year-old, Tokyo-born resident of Temple City who passed away on Jan. 11, 2013 at Garfield Medical Center, was held on Sun., Jan. 27, at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden” with a minister from Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Mitsuko Hiraga; daughter, Alissa Hanako Hiraga; son, Michael (Jee) Hiraga; grandchildren, Katelyn and Kimi Hiraga; brothers, Tomomi (Toshiyo), Takeo (Hakiko) and Hiroo (Kazue) Hiraga of CO; sister, Kazuko (Dale) Ogawa; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
