Dr. Arlene Takaki, 49-year-old Los Angeles resident, passed away on Nov. 2, 2013. Arlene is survived by her loving husband, Gregory Ching; parents, Kenny and Chieko Takaki; brothers, Richard (Donna), Frank (Cindy), Michael (Margie) and Don (Leta) Takaki; sisters, Katherine Takaki and Dorothy (Terry) Kunihiro; aunt, Osame Gotanda. Arlene is also survived by many other loving family members.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, 4 p.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St. Los Angeles.
