Gail Lee Hirata-Chaffin passed away on Jan. 12, 2014. She is survived by her loving family: husband, Scott; son, Christopher; daughter, Jessica; mother, Jean Hirata; mother-in-law, Grace Gire; sister-in-law, Susanne Hirata; brother-in-law, Mark (Pam) Chaffin; and also survived by a nephew, nieces, uncle, aunts, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, Jan. 24, from 11 a.m. at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, 4201 Eucalyptus Ave., Chino, CA 91710.
