Memorial service for the late Emi Matsuda Hazama, 92-year-old, California-born resident of Sylmar, who passed away on Feb. 19, 2014, will be held on Saturday, March 8, 11 a.m. at San Fernando Valley Holiness Church (aka Crossway Church) 9610 Haddon Ave., Pacoima, CA 91333.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Katsuyoshi Hazama, and her brother, Yutaka Matt Matsuda; she is survived by children, Karen Naomi, Roland (Pattie) and Cheryl Hazama; granddaughters, Kerri (Josh) Rider and Kristi Hazama; siblings, Lily Okamura and John Matsuda; sister-in-law, Fuji Matsuda; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
