Jimmie Masato Nishimoto

Jimmie Masato Nishimoto (94), beloved husband, father, grandpa, and great-grandpa, went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 5, 2014. He was born in Pasadena. He lived in Lancaster, Calif. for 70 years. Most recently, Jimmie resided in Simi Valley. Jimmie is survived by his wife of 60 years, Miye Nishimoto; children, Becky R., Paul Nishimoto (Maxine), and Kay Cragg (John); grandchildren, Christine Van Antwerp (Jason), Lynn Lee (Brady), Mark Cragg (Brittany), Stephen Roberts, Justin Roberts, Grace Roberts, Andrew Nishimoto, and Joanna Nishimoto; great-grandchildren, Jason Van Antwerp, Jr., Abigail Van Antwerp, and one on the way. A memorial service was held on Feb. 15 at First Presbyterian Church of Altadena.
