WEST COVINA — The City of West Covina and the East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center present their 2014 Cherry Blossom Festival on Saturday, March 29, from 12 to 6 p.m. at a new location — the South Hills Plaza, 1420 S. Azusa Ave. (at Aroma Drive), West Covina.
This free event will feature food, traditional dancing, martial arts, games, taiko drumming, craft vendors, and more. The entertainment schedule is as follows:

1:30 p.m. — West Covina City Council presentation
1:45 p.m. — ESGVJCC Napua Lehua
2:15 p.m. — June Kuramoto and Kimo Cornwell (from the band Hiroshima)
3:30 p.m. — Eibukan Goju Ryu Karate Do
4 p.m. — Covina Kendo Dojo
4:30 p.m. — West Covina Judo Dojo
5 p.m. — Kishin Daiko
