After making a concert stop at the Roxy last December, Japan’s platinum-selling rockers Man with a Mission have returned to Southern California for two shows in support of their latest recordings.
The five-member band, known for their pulsating rock and appearing exclusively in wolf heads, will appear at the famous Whisky A Go-Go in West Hollywood tonight, followed by a show at Chain Reaction in Anaheim on Saturday.
The legend has it that Man With a Mission emerged from ice caskets at the ends of the earth, where they had been held at bay for thousands of years. The wolf pack was reawakened by the chaos and destruction that the planet now finds itself in, and has set out in their half-man, half-wolf form to conquer the world.
The group has released a series of successful chart-topping albums in Japan, played to tens of thousands on festival stages, and headlined their own sold-out show at Japan’s famed Budokan.
